Dry skin can be caused by:
• Aging or hormonal changes
• Weather (too much sun or cold)
• Certain ingredients in soaps, cosmetics or cleansers
• Medication either for your health or skin.

To combat dry skin, you should use mild or pH neutral soaps and avoid scrubbing your skin while washing or drying. Pat down your skin with a towel and make sure to use a mineral rich moisturiser.

Keep well hydrated by drinking water and avoid spending too much time in the sun. Use a hat when tanning if necessary and always remember the sun cream.
